Ecoframes, through its Environmental Policy, is committed to comply with – and where feasibly appropriate, improve upon – standards set by Environmental and Health and Safety legislation.
Ecoframes is committed to minimising the impact of its operations on the environment, by implementing the necessary precautions to prevent emissions to the atmosphere, pollution to watercourses, unauthorised discharges to site drains and to ensure all waste is disposed of in the correct manner.
Local procurement of goods, services and materials is important to us, reducing the impact of transport impact and our overall carbon footprint as well as supporting the local community.
We will provide the means necessary to enable the company’s products to be used, stored and disposed of to avoid unacceptable effects on humanity or the environment.
We encourage our suppliers and subcontractors to manage their own impacts and work with us to meet our environmental goals.
Staff at all levels throughout the company must take individual responsibility, for ensuring that environmental issues are considered carefully when making decisions or when tendering, purchasing and controlling work.
All employees are made aware of their individual responsibilities for acting in accordance with the company’s environmental policy.
